BRIGADE/Plus version 3.1-1 is now released and ready for download.

Two new modules have been developed:

	A Prestressing module for easy definition of complex cable alignments and automatic calculation of prestress losses.
	A Report module for quick generation of input reports as well as result reports.

User Interface enhancements:

	3D compass for easy change of the view of the model.
	New toolbars: Selection, Views and Viewport
	New background in viewport and enhanced icons in toolboxes and toolbars.

Other enhancements:

	Input files DYN and LCM have been removed. All input are now saved in the CAE-file.
	FE-solver as well as algorithms for moving loads and load combination has been enhanced in order to reduce calculation time and memory usage.
	Automatic check for new versions of the program.
